Six steps to start your project with us:
Initial discovery call
On our initial discovery call for your renovation we will discuss your goals and vision for the project as well as any specific requirements you may have. We will also explore your budget and timeline for the project and provide guidance on how to achieve your renovation goals within those constraints. First site meeting
During this meeting, we will visit your site or property and assess the scope of the project. We will take detailed measurements and notes and discuss any potential issues or challenges that mat arise during the process. We will also discuss the timeline and budget for the project as well as any design ideas or preferences you may have. Our goal is to ensure that we have a complete understanding of your vision for the project and to provide you with recommendations and guidance based on our expertise in the industry.
Proposal
Once we have a detailed specification of the works and a set of construction drawings, we can begin estimating your project. Our team conducts a thorough analysis of each project to prepare an accurate quotation, taking into account various factors such as site restrictions, delivery access, task complexity, and required exceptional skills. During this process, we identify and highlight any potential extras to ensure that the project budget is manageable from the outset. Drawing on our extensive experience in the industry, we strive to provide you with realistic and transparent pricing. Review the quotation
We will personally deliver our quote to you, recognising that construction projects can be quite complex. This presents an excellent opportunity for us to address any additional questions you may have and for our team to further elaborate or clarify any answers. We understand the importance of effective communication throughout the project and strive to provide you with a clear and transparent understanding of the work that will be performed. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that you feel informed and comfortable with the proposed scope of work and the accompanying pricing. Agreeing Payment Terms
After finalising the scope, quotation, and project start date, we will request an upfront payment of 25% of the total budget, followed by four weekly increments of 25% until project completion. We prioritise transparency in all aspects of the project, and as such, we will ensure that all works and expenditures are accurately documented. Moreover, we will keep you informed of progress through regular phone calls, pictures, or videos of the project. We encourage you to visit the site at any time to assess progress in person.
Before any work commences, we will work with you to agree on a payment plan that is both realistic and manageable, ensuring that the payment terms align with your budget and preferences. Our team is committed to open communication and flexibility to ensure that the project runs smoothly and to your complete satisfaction.
Construction phase
Site mobilisation and project commencement will mark the beginning of the exciting journey towards turning your dream home into a reality!
Our project manager will visit you on the agreed-upon date to make all necessary arrangements for our team to commence work on the project. With our experienced team in place and our efficient processes established, we will work diligently to bring your vision to life. Our team is committed to ensuring that your project is executed with the utmost care, attention to detail, and adherence to timelines.
